Brevard is located along central Florida’s Atlantic coast and is the host county for the East Central Region of the Florida Public Archaeology Network. This county not only houses NASA’s Kennedy Space Center, the Florida Historical Society, and beautiful beaches but is also the home of the Windover Pond Archaeological Site, a 7,000 year old mortuary pond in Titusville.
